Syncnbook Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information Syncnbook and its related entities (“Syncnbook,” “we,” or “us”) collect about you and why, what we do with that information, how we share it, and how we handle any content you place in our products and services. It also explains the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information, as well as how you can access and update this information. We are committed to complying with applicable legislation, including the UK Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
Additionally, we’d like to highlight our new feature, Automatic Emails Customization. With this feature, you can easily send personalized emails to customers by using a simple drag-and-drop interface that supports text boxes, images, buttons, stickers, and GIFs.
Scope of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information that we obtain through your use of Syncnbook Services via any device or when you otherwise interact with Syncnbook.
“Syncnbook Services” include:
- Websites – all Syncnbook-owned or operated sites, including any subdomains and pages
- SaaS Products – Syncnbook’s hosted solutions, including any features displaying a link to this Privacy Policy
- Downloadable Products – Syncnbook’s downloadable software and mobile applications (including add-ons developed by Syncnbook) that are installed on infrastructure of your choice
It does not include:
- Products or services that have their own separate privacy policy
- Third-party products or services you may integrate with Syncnbook (e.g., third-party “add-ons” available in a Syncnbook Marketplace). You should always review third-party policies to ensure you are comfortable with how they collect and use your information
By registering for or using Syncnbook Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Definitions
- Add-On: A bundle of code, resources, and configuration files used with a Syncnbook product to add or modify features.
- Content: Any information or data you upload, submit, post, create, transmit, store, or display in the Syncnbook Services.
- Downloadable Products: Syncnbook’s downloadable software and mobile apps, including Syncnbook-created Add-Ons.
- Personal Information: Information that may be used to identify or contact you as an individual, such as name, address, email address, or phone number.
- SaaS Products: Syncnbook’s cloud-hosted solutions or other hosted solutions that display or link to this Privacy Policy.
- Websites: Syncnbook’s websites, including syncnbook.com and related subdomains.
